I give 1 star and that is because they're good at lying to scam people out of a very large debt. This is terrible because it ruins people's lives. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They scam us into believing we will get financial support and I bet if they were given the little amount of money to support their selves, they would not like it. I did a budget based on their faulty disbursements and if they didn't lie then I believe I would be successful and I wouldn't be upset about making such a huge mistake. But then again, you'd like to believe that businesses cannot say anything to rip you off. I sure don't have time to waste and you guys wasted my time. What about the laptop that costed me $290.00 that I never received but I have a confirmation email stating that it was sent by ****** I confirmed it but it wouldn't give the option to have it delivered to my residence, my option was I could pick it up at a ***** location. I just moved out of the city away from friends and family so I walked 3 miles in a snow storm and 3 miles home because even though an automated message called and told me it's ready for pick-up, I get there and they don't have it. I got called everyday for the next 5 days saying it was ready for pickup. So I called first and they said they didn't have it. These people lie about everything and my financial aid advisor failed to answer questions. I don't recommend this school to anyone. Even my grade as an A- 3.7 GPA I believe is a bunch of crock just because I didn't feel like it was hard at all. I think they give everyone good grades because they get some kind of profit out of that also. Shame on this American Intercontinental University and their faculty members. You guys get a big F from me.

AIU, this school pressured me so hard to start they MBA program, without proper instructions on how to maneuver their websites. Recruiter constantly called and emailed me, about starting immediately. Without my transcripts being mailed in yet. Next thing I knew I'm in accelerating courses online, two courses lack of training on how to do online courses, plus discussions boards.I wasn't familiar with. Four months of courses flunk two classes passed two classes. Ask could I withdraw without penalty, they said no, someone in my family had covid and couldn't go out completed my research. I ask for more time in my appeal, produce documents of covid diagnosis AIU still denied my appeal, causes me to fail class due to my final assignment, was carrying A up to the last final assignment. Failed me and automatically started the class again. Three months of lackluster classes, I decided to withdraw for good, then they hit me with $20,000.00 dollar bill. This school is predatory and does not care about the students. Once you enrolled, they have you on the hook its all about the money. They never cared about my previous school transcripts, my well-being, my success. in completing school. I filed appeals talked with the ombudsman; they are all in together.
