    My husband and I worked with ****** and ****** at Luxe Cabinetry. At first, we were hesitant to begin such a large project but after receiving a total of five quotes it was no question who we wanted to work with. We absolutely love our new countertops and shaker cabinetry. We cannot say enough great things about this local company!

    We used Luxe Cabinetry + Design for our kitchen remodel. They got excellent reviews so no reason to think otherwise. I was looking for quality and told my sales rep what my expectations were( didn't give a budget). Knowing my expectations, he recommended ****************( they also could make a custom size). First off it took forever to get our cabinets. Secondly, we received quite a few with manufacturing finish issues. I was told warranty was a 3 week turn around. No, it was much longer and each replacement door was worse than the last. Our sales rep at Luxe said he would talk to the manager of production( come to find out he didn't. Just sent an email) and have the cabinets be inspected before shipping out. Yesterday, we received the warranty replacements and the installer couldn't install them due to the poor quality. They were once again worse than the ones before. He left and said he'd report to our sales rep at Luxe. I called our Sales Rep and he admitted he never spoke to anyone directly but said this time he would talk to someone at Holiday. Well, this morning we received a letter from Luxe Cabinetry+ Design from the owner saying they will no longer communicate with us except through emails and it's now our responsibility to get a ROC report to prove the cabinets have issues. If I don't do that they will no longer warranty my cabinets. I've also found out that Luxe isn't using **************** for future projects so what does that tell you? Anyway, our cabinets have paint finish issues. Some on the inside, some on the outside. Also depending on the lighting some issues aren't as obvious as they are at other times. I know from experience that crappy workmanship is excused as "it's to code", which I'm sure, in my situation will be the response. "To code" doesn't necessarily mean quality nor a smooth consistent paint finish. Also, a Luxe installer damaged a door trying to put a pull on and their solution was to fill the hole with a crayon. Not acceptable!
