Homeless, penniless, and grieving are adjectives some of her victims have used to describe themselves and their family members to my husband and myself that they have suffered as a result of doing business with this woman and her assistant. We other victims of this excuse of a fiduciary have fed these disabled victims meals, provided rides to doctors, and even opened up our homes to provide for those left homeless by her so-called expertise. I have listened endless hours to these victims' heartbreaking stories, knowing that justice has not been done in her still being allowed to victimize unsuspecting, trusting people who are absolutely clueless to her cruelty in separating families and preying on the elderly. My trust was overbilled and family heirlooms and $1,000's of personal items as well as sentimental items such as irreplaceable family pictures went missing from my home while she and her assistant were responsible for watching over them. Also, many other of my belongings went missing from my personal storage unit which they and they alone had the only key to besides myself. They should reimburse me for their negligence. They should be sued for the mental torment and physical illnesses she and her assistant have inflicted on me and the other victims.

I am so sorry for your feelings *************. Your trustee hired our firm to clean out a massive hoarder situation and we worked diligently with you to reduce, move, donate and store items at your request. Everyone did exactly as asked and everything went through you and or your Trustee.

*************, Also I would like to assure you, my service is appointed by the court of *******. We diligently serve all of the clients we are appointed to. None of the people we serve are left homeless or without meals and shelter as alleged. The court oversees all of our work and the welfare of those we are appointed to serve. Again, in your case, we were hired by your Trustee to clear out a hoard situation spanning a home, garage, yard and storage units, we worked diligently with you and with your Trustee and even a another company to help complete the massive project. I wish you well in your endeavors and urge you to obtain complete and honest information prior to making such allegations.
