    Guys there is no refund or return policy at this store of **** Jacobs and store manager is rude and unreasonable. She says its customer responsibilty to read fine prints and store sale person has no obligation to tell customer about no refund policy. She was bad behaviour and unruly pused me and my kids out of store just that I was talking loudly at high pitch which she was also doing at rude and abusive for which I am going to file a case against store and her. She was in mood of fight since started talking instead of apologizing of not telling customer about no refund policy. **** ********************** as a company has dent having such stores in place. Thats the reason there was hardly any customers at store and realized after experiencing this customer treatment. I really deserve the refund where pack was unopened and was on return to store within 12 hours of purchase. One word, Pathetic Manager and store keeper!! Be ready for a legal case against insulting my kids and family.
