    So much to say but long story short paid 155 dollars to mail package to ******. with *********** Paid 155 that minute to have that done.Bottom line weeks later package never arrived. (fact) lost I guess, and the nightmare started.I have all emails, attachments, correspondence whatever is needed really tried to be nice, but they are not nice people. And call me at home made rude comments, spoke ill of my wife I was so mad told them off and to not call or email again I want to take this up with BBB this company will of course not get any of my business further but don't think they really care about that.I walked in paid 155 dollars to mailbox to ****** never given any options other than UPS, FedEx, ***********.... I chose the least expensive and then was told once I paid not my issues although they did at least help me put claim in When claim was received the owner called me day before and tried to keep half of the settlement for her....I am just lost you pay someone to use *********** and then *********** said to me never had the package.....this whole ordeal has been so not worth the effort.Two months later I just yesterday received ********************************************* was coming. so, recap spent 155 dollars to mail *********** thru this shop (17 Aug)/never made to post office. /Never made to destination/hassles beyond believe/calls emails etc. but end of day nothing but hassles till 26th Oct when I received 111 dollars as settled up money be quiet now The business has harassed me at my home two or three times,shouting matches and the husband was very rude and tried to make me feel bad for writing less than stellar review (call at house) both wife and husband owners wow what the heck.This business just wants your money I still have all receipts and documents I can share bad business one to stay clear of use the actual *********** even if it takes more time not worth the headache bad people. stay clear of Post Net Az 138 on ******
