    The owner is a *****. A lot of people go there and say that their package is missing. One of the female employees is rude and did not try to fix my problem rather tell me she couldnt do anything about it because I didnt have a package ID. This was all due to their employee making a mistake. I advise you avoid this place like the plague

    I dropped a package off at this store on 04 March 2023. Since it had a return label, they told me they could not give me a drop-off receipt. 10 days later I get a message from the person the package was supposed to be delivered, and he has yet to see it. I checked the tracking number for the package and it shows the package as Label created. After speaking with the ******** store, I was told that dropped-off packages are not scanned in, so I have no proof the package was left with them. The owner of the package has all but accused me of stealing the package, and I am left with little recourse, other than the original sending store filing a lost claim on this package. I am really underwhelmed by the level of customer support provided by this ********************** and *** in general.
