  They illegally tow your vehicles and charge ridiculously high rates to retrieve your vehicle. When you go to get your vehicle, the price changes. yes, they price gauge!

  This tow *** is ruthless and impossible to deal with. They towed my vehicle in front of me. I asked the driver to stop, I had my hazzard lights on parked behind my moms garage door. He said he would if I gave him $100 cash. I only had $20 on me, I asked if he would wait for me to go to ATM to get cash, he said he would give me 5 minutes and the clock started ticking as I was talking to him. He was blocking our vehicles in the garage so I asked him to move, he dragged my car, I jumped in my moms car, drove to ATM and when I returned he was gone. I picked it up the next day and paid $302. and thought that was the end of it. My steering was damaged, the steering was extremely loose and out of alignment. I called the following tday to ask for help and was told there was nothing they can do for me because I didnt notice the damage while on the lot and fill out a damage form. I pleaded with the female *** and said I didnt notice until I drove away, she again said there was nothing she could do for me. I asked if I could have their insurance information, she said: I am not giving that to you and hung up on me. I didnt even try to call back. this is so sad and frustrating. My car is now in the shop and I dont even know what the ***air cost is yet. I dont know what to do, but this is not over.

  AxleTowing towed my car. . I had to pay $295. I was only parked at a residence for 10 minutes, and my car was gone. The signs on the street weren't clearly visible. So what does Axle Towing do? They simply falsify the address. On my receipt under the "Towed From" portion is an address that is over a block away from where I was actually parked. These people are liars.

  As others have stated absolutely predatory towing company with questionable business practices. I had a motorcycle accident and had to get to the ** so I parked my truck in the neighborhood guest parking right next to my house and got a ride to the hospital. The truck was parked at 2am, they came by at 3:44am and without a warning broke into my truck and towed it. Worst of all this was done in the morning of memorial day while i was still in the **, so they charged for overnight storage. When I brought up the fact that the truck was locked when I left it and somehow unlocked in their yard, the guy at the desk denied having broken into the truck, but there are marks on the inside of the driver door showing that someone broke into it. Par for the course with these small unsuccessful towing companies.

  Towed a Maricopa County vehicle. Claimed they called **** Police and they were told it was not registered to a state, county or law enforcement agency. Vehicle clearly is registered to Maricopa County. Forced employee to pay to get car back? Discounted cash prices? Why, is cash not reported as income? Will be taking this matter up to the Presiding Judge to resolve. Does the BBB do anything or just take reviews. Now these people have my credit card info and Ill have to monitor it as I do not trust this company. They should not have towed the vehicle in the first place. I guess they snag cars for easy money.

  Terrible customer support, terrible arbitrary rules on when you can get your car. Rude workers.
