  ***** at Craven Construction repaired the metal roof on my barn. Great work, and finished ahead of schedule. Scheduling was easy to setup with his office, and his crew left my yard clean after the repairs. I'm very happy with the work.

  I couldnt have picked a better company to help me with my metal roof project at my cabin up in **********. ***** did a great job helping me decide what materials to use and was very good with educating me on the process. When it came to the work. They were very punctual, Great quality of work and they were very clean and left the work area clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Craven Construction for anyone looking for outstanding roof work.

  ******** customer service. The first time ***** showed up he was great. His estimate seemed fair and so I put a deposit down. He had two guys show up to install part of my flashing. When I called ***** back to go over some questions I had regarding my roof he scheduled a time to show up and then he no showed. I called the office and they rescheduled him, this time when ***** showed up he had no answers for anything and only wanted to point out what I could have and should have done differently. He scheduled one of his guys to come finish my flashing two days later. That guy also no showed. So at this point, I requested my deposit back minus the flashings that were installed. I was told ***** was out of town so I would need to wait a few days. I followed up the next week and was told they werent sure what the status of the check was and they would get back to me. I received no response so I contacted *****. ***** told me because it was after hours I needed to contact the office during office hours and that he had no idea what I was talking about. In the meantime, I had other roofing companies come over for other estimates and they informed me that the flashing was installed completely wrong. Horrible customer service, beyond rude owner who has absolutely no care about his customers homes. I still have not received my refund.UPDATE received a message from **** ? at Craven construction today, telling me that my refund check would be available at 3 PM to come pick up but I would also need to sign an NDA preventing me from negatively reviewing the company. Upon refusing to sign the *** ***** refused to give me my due refund check. This is how he runs his company, illegally coercing his upset customers to not give him negative reviews by making them sign an ***. Still have not received my refund. This is extortion!

  ***** - simple roof tiles to be removed / replaced with new decking, paper etc. - provided very specific directions to ensure roof color integrity (per HOA), clean up etc. - no one spoke English on the crew, directions were NOT followed, a 3-day project became 5-days, no return phone calls from management, everything "after the fact" became a "sorry about that...probably could have done it differently etc." - clearly would NOT recommend them for any level of roofing project.

  *****- We're very sorry to hear that you were so dissatisfied with the work that was completed on your roof. Our crews are EFFICIENT and work as quick as they can. When a roof needs more time to complete, we believe in taking the time to do so, to ensure a great roof. The crew did run into a few hurdles that required some extra time on your roof. Directions WERE followed, we had our crew take the time to clean up multiple times a day on your property to meet your needs as you wished. Unfortunately when it comes to replacing old tile we cannot always get the exact same color as they are usually discontinued. We do our very best on every job to ensure the color is close. We can assure you, you have a great roof that will last you for years and years to come with no issues. We truly do apologize for any sort of misunderstanding or confusion in expectations.-Craven Team
