      Baird Mechanical caused severe damage to home after not sealing ******* after cutting out part of it for a HVAC frame. After a heavy rain my entire ceiling collapsed in my kitchen. Baird commented that I should have contacted a roofer. Refused to accept responsibility. My HVAC unit stopped working shortly after the install and after numerous failed attempts to get Baird Mechanical to service the unit under warranty and repair the unit per the labor warranty provided by Baird Mechanical, I have Been without air conditioning and heat for almost an entire year. It is completely unprofessional and I believe against the ***************** to leave someone without air conditioning during the summer months or heat during the winter months, ? Regardless Baird Mechanical has not stood behind their warranty or their work.

      ****************,Baird Mechanical instructed you to contact a licensed roofer prior to the unit installation as the roof was in very, very poor condition. You were reminded, once again after the installation was complete, to contact a licensed roofer. We are not responsible for your inability to maintain your own roof. You then contacted ** for additional services and were advised to improve your living conditions. Our technicians are not equipped to deal with cat/animal hoarding situations. You were politely informed that once the living conditions, animal hoarding, and ammonia odor have improved, then we are able to safely enter the home and provide additional services. We have not yet been notified of any improvements, and until then, it is unsafe to provide further services to you.Thank you,Baird Mechanical
