  Had them out to get a quote for a/c replacement and they would not show me an itemized quote for parts and labor. ***** if you want to use a company that is shady and not friendly use proskill. I used a respected company that was honest and saved me 8k. It's been 3 years now and couldn't be happier and it ***** that a local company like this is so shady

  I was told by the ProSkill lady who set my appointment that there would be a $79.00 service fee to come out and diagnose the issue with our ** unit, when ******************* the technician showed up he was rude, he looked at the ** units for a few minutes and said he needed us to pay him around $300 to be able to tell us what was wrong with our **, and after that he would tell us how much it would cost to fix it. I told him we were told the $79.00 was a service fee that covered diagnosing the issue and he said that was not true and that a service fee was different from a diagnostic fee. He was so rude that I said, "I'm not sure why you are taking this posture with me", that seemed to make him even more angry, *** then said I am going to go and button things up and went to his truck and took off. About an hour later the humane society shows up saying *** had called them and complained that our dog was tied up outside on a hot day, we informed them that we had put her outside, so she didn't harass the repairman and that she had a mini swimming pool, plenty of water, food and shade. We were cleared by the humane society, but this was a nasty experience late on a Friday and left us without ** for the weekend.

  ProSkill has provided excellent service since my husband and I began using the company in 2019, when one of our two heat pump units needed to be replaced. Our daughter had recommended them. Prior to that, we didnt get a leaky bathtub faucet fixed because we were told by another service that the drywall had to be cut out to access pipes that were otherwise inaccessible. ProSkill technicians solved the issue, without resorting to such a drastic measure. When our shower broke, a supervisor hand delivered a part to our remote location, so the water wouldnt have to be turned off for a day. ProSkill workers were conscientious and observed COVID protocol during the pandemic. We felt safe with them coming to our home. They have since flushed the water heater and replaced our second 20 year old HVAC system. The company responds to requests in a timely manner. The technicians are professional. Those who have helped us over the years, *****, ****, **********************, **************, *******, *****, and *****, were pleasant, and they always explained the problems. We appreciate the photos they include in the invoice of the work that gets performed. ***************************

  ******* FROM PROSKILL CAME TO MY HOME TO CHANGE OUT MY WATER FILTER ALSO FLUSHED OUT MY WATER TANK AND CHECKED MY WATER PRESSURE HE CHECKED A FEW SMOKE DETECTORS ALSO HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXUDED CONFIDENCE IN HIS WORK PERFORMANCE HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS I HAD MAKING SURE I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH PROSKILL

  Today we had 2 a/c units and a heater installed by ProSkill. We couldnt be more pleased. The cost was reasonable and the installation was outstanding. 5 service reps showed up. All were professional and accommodating. When the installation was complete, the work areas were left clean and in order. We highly recommend ProSkill for their pricing and professionalism.They definitely earned a ?????????? rating!

  It's not often I have to write a review like this, but we were absolutely blown away with the service we received from ************** at Proskill. Our water heater stopped working and this man diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it up and running after no hot water the night before. This company answered the phone FAST, came out fast, and arrived on a Sunday! This establishment deserves 10 stars! Just amazing services.
