      Company did substandard work & abandoned the job despite numerous attempts to contact them. Foundation continued to leak badly and eventually another company had to be called in and what little work PFS had done all had to be ripped out and redone properly. The company threatens legal action against customers who leave bad reviews. There are numerous complaints against this company from other customers with similar problems of substandard work and job abandonment.

      This company was hired to waterproof a wall in our home. In the process of waterproofing, contractor burned our home down and then denied that it was his fault. I have fire reports from the fire marshal and county to prove me right. They did not have a fire watch set in place (per OSHA regulations) and left the scene right after work was complete. Per OSHA regulations, the fire watch should have been there to watch place where was worked on for up to 2 hours after working.
