"Got a extra protection plan on my couch for five years for $299 to find out Sam’s furniture told me I need to lie to be able to get my spots on my couch removed that is just near policy and I said I need to lie When I paid for coverage honestly, I don’t agree to be a liar, nor will I lie to the company to get my 5 yr warranty to be handled!" ... "I have bought a few things at this facility- last one being December of 2021 & Jan 2022- I bought 3 pieces (couch, loveseat, recliner) I bought the extended warranty to cover any tears, holes etc- I had to contact the warranty department for them to come out and look at my furniture as the cloth (microsuede) stitching was coming undone as well as there are holes in it (size of a pencil) I am not really home enough to have a couch falling apart like this already as prior to having a leather sofa that lasted 8 years bought at Sam's but made by Ashley Furniture.
