We recently had the pleasure of working with Jesse from Paschal, and we can’t recommend him enough. He spent over an hour and a half thoroughly diagnosing and troubleshooting our HVAC system, and we truly appreciated how honest and detailed he was in explaining our options.
Both my husband and I work in the contractor and construction industries, so we know how rare it is to find someone as dedicated and hardworking as Jesse. He didn’t rush the process, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right.
Hard workers like Jesse are a dime a dozen, and we’ll definitely be recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you, Jesse, for your professionalism and outstanding service!

ZERO STARS! I was charged $396 to installr a $16 part. Plus it wasn't even the correct part, it was one he had on his truck, that did work, but I'm wondering for how long. The tech led me to believe the part's cost was that much before the work was done, while his boss told me that I signed an agreement ahead of repair (which I didnt) and that cost was for the tech's troubleshooting and part. Shame on me I guess, for not knowing what the part cost actually was and for trusting the tech and refusing the work being done!
They hook you in with the promise of discounted prices snd labor but they manage to get their money back by gouging the customer!
Don't fall for this deceptive program!

Yearly maintenance for ac, Zane was thorough and explained his various evaluations and suggested prevent actions. Declined all due price versus return value.

Was in a bind, had not water to home, needed 4 sinks plumbing underneath hooked up. They worked 4-5 hrs on job and charged over $2000. Then when they couldn't figure out how to hook up traps, left those undone and took off $200...but job undone! Over $1800 for an undone job! Highway robbery for 2 seniors on social security and disability! Beware of this wolf in sheep clothing! I will never use Paschall again!!' This company overcharges!!!

A few years back I had Larson's install a heating and air conditioning unit as well as a hot water tank, pressure tank and water softener, they did a great job and I had them do the PM on it all every year. When Paschal bought them out, I've had problems with them doing/setting up my yearly PM, and the service was not great, they didn't seem to be as knowledgeable as they used to be. This year I went down to the Nixa location to see what the problem was and they told me I would have to call the main office in Arkansas and they no longer offered a yearly PM without setting up a monthly draw on my credit card or bank account which I confirmed with the main office. I told them I would only pay a yearly fee and not let them do a monthly draw on my account. I had to go to another heating and air conditioning and plumbing company to do my PM work, I found out the Paschal had not been setting my furnace settings properly. Be very cautious of doing business with Paschal.

The people are nice and service oriented. They installed a heating and air unit 4 yrs ago. The first two were defective and were Trane systems. The third was a Lennox. After 4 yrs there is a crack and major repair required. They do not know the cause but I heard another unit doing this so maybe manufacturing is poor. Pascal repair pricing had three replacement parts and a flat fee totaling over 2k for just labor. When getting comparables from others it ranges 6-800 for labor. They were not willing to be comparable. Also they had regular service package to come out twice a year but they changed it to make it a monthly fee. So if you are wealthy and price doesn’t matter to you. Ok with treating them like a utility and paying them monthly then you will be happy. For me I don’t want to pay 3-4 times the going rate. Others are nice and responsive too. So I decided to part ways.

Charged $492.00 to snake a drain, after I removed the toilet. It also took less than an hour. They will not return calls to talk about the charge.
