    We had an appointment with this company in April to work on our hot tub. Tech did not show up, no text, no email. We waited ALL day. After numerous attempts to call, Nichole finally answered several days ago & said she had to turn the business phone bc of so many calls. She rescheduled us for today, April 15 at 10:30. Asked her to PLEASE call if no one can come. We called Fri to confirm for today. No answer. No return call. AND…… no tech has shown up. It’s 1:25. Also, No call from tech !!! Terrible way to treat customers!!!! The Kings

    Mr and Mrs. King - we apologize the tech not showing up on the day it was scheduled (we are short staffed in the office - small business issues)  - we did however resolve your spa leak shortly after that date and look forward to earning a better review now and in the future- do let us know if all the leaks are not solved. Thank you very much for your business!

    I wasted this past month waiting for this company to show up and open my outdoor inground pool. They rescheduled 3 previous times only after I spent days trying to reach them. We had to resort to calling from different phone numbers to get them to answer. Today was the last straw. They didn't show up as promised again today and once again tried to reschedule for next week. Their initial excuses when you could reach them was staffing issues. We have tried to be understanding and patient. But, after a while enough is enough. They are unprofessional and ghost you. If I could give Zero Stars I would.

    Dear Mr and Mrs G*** - Thank you for your multiple bad reviews across every platform you and your wife have equally left for us. We are a very small family owned pool company - an hour away from you. We tried to accommodate your distance but ultimately staffing issues plagued our small company. Your lack of understanding in this matter is apparently clear. We have never serviced your pool previously, have never taken money from you, and hope you find a pool company better suited for your needs.
