I recently was in Rogers for a couple weeks for some work. While I was driving there I began to notice that my 2012 Suburban was shuddering. I took it to A-1 thinking that it was going to be a simple fix, since I thought I caught it early. However, after they dropped the transmission pan and saw what was inside, they said it needed rebuilt. After discussing the reasons with them, I agreed to the rebuild. They began work on it immediately and had it out within the week after having to order parts. I have since driven it a couple thousand miles and have had no problems or issues. It shifts like it should, no longer has the shudder, and I detect no slippage. I appreciate their great service.Review fromKevin G

When in for a diagnostic on my Nissan for transmission problems. They spent about 20 minutes on my car. Draining and checking the transmission fluid color. And basically told me my transmission was BROKE and charged me 200.00.Review fromTARA T

Day 154 of it just needs a torque converter it won't take long.... I wish I would have read the reviews before I took in my Acadia for repairs.. I drove it to the "shop" in Aug of 22 that was that last time it drove Simi correctly the owner joe is awesome.. The way he passes the buck is second to none. its always someone else's problem.
