  BBB urges consumers to use caution when considering doing business with this company. As of July 2017, BBB files indicate this business has a recent pattern of complaints concerning the following: Consumers have reported that they have paid large deposits for repair and then have not received the repair. Consumers have also complained of difficulty reaching the business via telephone to discuss scheduling. Some consumers have stated that upon contacting the business they were provided an appointment date, but the appointment was not kept. Consumers are requesting refunds, some of which have been provided. Others are still waiting. BBB has requested responses to the complaints, but the business has not been in communication with BBB. Consumers who have filed complaints state that large sums of money were paid up front for repairs that were not done. On July 18, 2017, BBB provided written notification to the business regarding the pattern of complaints requesting the business respond to the issues.
