"Had a repair done our truck because it had been hit from behindTen months later the clear coat is coming off in large strips so we take it back and they are rude and tell us they think we were in another accident and had it worked on again which is a absolutely a lie and they refuse to stand by the work telling us we have never had the clear coat come off a vehicle we work onI take it to my insurance office and the lady in there laughed and said well they painted mine and the clear coat came offThis company will not stand behind their work do not go to Koch’s in morrilton ark for anything they will rip you off"

"I got estimates on the cost to repair the damages and how long it will take to get in and to be done. When i got the estimate from them I made it perfectly clear i am trying to fix ALL dents dings and scratches and they stated ok so i got an estimate and had to wait months to get in after multiple calls to just get the estimate." ...
