Licensing information
- On June 26, 2019, Andrew Warner appeared before the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee d/b/a Warners Remodeling & Construction. Warners Remodeling and Construction was assessed a civil penalty of $2,000.00 for working in violation of Section 17-25-505, working without a license. The Committee issued a cease and desist order against Warner Remodeling & Construction, to prevent them from working in violation. Warners REmodeling & Construction, LLC shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
On April 24, 2019, the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee voted unanimously that Andrew Warner, d/b/a Andrew Roofing and Repair pay a civil penalty of $2,400.00 for violation of Section 17-25-505 of the Arkansas Residential Licensing Law (working without a license). The Committee further ordered a cease and desist order be issued against Andrew Warner, d/b/a Andrew Roofing and Repair to prevent them from performing work in violation. Andrew Warner, d/b/a Andrew Roofing and Repair shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
