    When my mom and dad needed their roof done, I had the pleasure of working with Dean and Carmelo from Rock City Roofing, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Watching them work and seeing them get the job done in less than 24 hours was an AMAZING experience.
    Both Dean, Carmelo and their roofing team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill in roofing. Dean and Carmelo was always available to address any concerns and provided clear, timely communication throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured that our project was completed on time and within budget.
    I highly recommend Dean and Carmelo with Rock City Roofing for any roofing needs. Their work ethic, integrity, and craftsmanship are truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

    Rock City Roofing's professionalism and expertise made a huge difference in how our family was able to recover from the costly roof damage we experienced after a storm. RCR took the time make sure we understood the insurance process and was clear in communicating the repair options available to us. The crew that came out to repair our roof was courteous and worked tirelessly to find the right roofing materials to perfectly blend the shingles in order to preserve the aesthetic appearance of our roof - We highly recommend RCR!

    We had a leak on our porch under our solar panels. I called the solar company and they had Rock City Roofing look at the repair that needed to be done. Jeff ******, with Rock City informed me of other problems with the roof. He met with my insurance adjuster, went over the damage and we were approved for a new roof. Their crew showed up and showed out! They did an excellent job from start to finish . When they left the job you couldn’t tell they had been there. Everything was back in place, mess was cleaned up and the new roof looks great!

    Rock City Roofing was absolutely amazing from start to finish when replacing our roof. I specifically want to thank Chad *****, he was amazing!
    Our neighborhood got hit with a horrible hail storm, there was an immediate onslaught of people coming door to door offering to fix the roof. RCR did not. I reached out to them based on the BBB rating and reviews I read. Chad came out and he walked me through every step of the process. I had some bad health issues during that time and I can say hands down I would not have gotten through all the insurance steps, etc without Chad’s help. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
    If you need your roof repaired or replaced, call RCR and ask for Chad ***** you will not be disappointed!

    Chad worked with my insurance company and was extremely helpful in getting my insurance company to provide a full roof replacement for my home damaged by hail storm. He made the entire process extremely easy and hassle free for me. His knowledge and ability to answer insurance adjuster questions proved he was definitely prepared in ensuring my claim was approved. I’ll utilize Chad for all of my future roofing jobs and highly recommend him.

    Great experience with this company as well as Chad ***** with RCR. He was patient in helping us navigate with all of the information he presented us. It could have been a very overwhelming experience, but Chat made it a breeze. He did a lot of the hard work for us. We were initially denied on our claim, but he requested an additional look at our case which ultimately got us approved for our new roof.
    He is very dedicated to the customer experience. The crew who did the actual roof replacement was wonderful. They took extra care in covering our flower beds and were diligent in collecting roofing nails so we didn't suffer any catastrophic tire blow outs or accidents in the yard with stepping on sharps!
    Our family would highly recommend Chad and Rock City Roofing.

    I had a wonderful experience with Chad at Rock City Roofing! Chad was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, working tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled smoothly. He kept me updated throughout the process and even offered to help with my dogs, which was an extra thoughtful touch. The crew was professional, covered areas for protection during the installation, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Chad also followed up after the installation to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Rock City Roofing for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer care! Be sure to ask for Chad, I have never seen someone work so hard in the heat while keeping a big smile and positive attitude.
