- On February 13, 2015 The Arkansas Contractor's Board voted unanimously that Charles Piggee, d/b/a Piggee Professional Builders shall pay a civil penalty of $10,500.00 for violation of Act 150; $17,500.00 for violation of Act 162 as amended for a total of $28,000.00 to the Board, payable within twenty (20) days of receipt of this Order. The Board further ordered that a Cease and Desist Order be issued against Charles Piggee, d/b/a Piggee Professional Builders preventing him from performing work in violation. Charles Piggee, d/b/a Piggee Professional Builders shall refrain from bidding on or performing work on any projects in excess of $20,000.00 prior to being licensed with the Contractors Licensing Board and obtaining a $10,000.00 surety bond or cash bond as required by Ark. Code Ann. § 17-25-401, et seq..
