"Palco is even worse than Public Partnerships LLC and myself and my mother have been waiting for alleged "paper checks" that were claimed to have been sent on (as originally stated) April 8th or the 9th and then the date changes from that not once BUT TWICE and THEN we are told that Palco "had the wrong address on file for my mother" but that was just for the imaginary paper check and the pre-paid debit card that has ALSO been mysteriously lost in the mail and never received. It's odd that somehow my "paper check" is still not here 8 days after the first initial payday of April 12th and my address on file is correct to begin with." ... Read full review
