Southern Floor Co was a great company to work with for our flooring needs. We had a project that required carpet and LVP. Everyone we worked with at Southern was professional and knowledgable. I am pleased with the customer service from Southern Floor. The gentleman who laid the flooring were precise, polite and courteous. One of the gentlemen I dealt with on the phone would benefit from adding a tad of personality to his phone character and avoid asking,” how do you like your floor and when are you going to complete payment “ all in one breath. I wasn’t able to compliment the service as I had planned before I had to answer when the last off the payment would be rectified. The warm, friendly feeling I had from the company was replaced by the feeling it was all about the dollar. I do understand the collection of money is often contentious but every customer needs to feel their satisfaction and experience is above all. I would definitely recommend Southern Floor to anyone that asks about it but that last phone left me with a disconcerting tone about our experience.Southern Floor Company & Interiors

Southern Floor did an exceptional job!! We had two rooms done before schedule with absolutely no cleanup on our part!! We are so pleased with the results
and recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful floors in their home.
