- On August 22, 2018, the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee voted unanimously that Joseph O'Neill, d/b/a JNH Remodeling and Joseph and Holly Remodeling and JNS Remodeling and Joseph and Shelby Remodeling pay a civil penalty of $5,600.00 for violation of Section 17-25-505 of the Arkansas Residential Licensing Laws (working without a license). Joseph O'Neill is solely responsible for the debt. The Committee voted unanimously that Holly O'Neill should receive only a written warning for her involvement in this matter. The Committee found no evidence that Shelby was involved in this matter. The Committee further ordered that a cease and desist order be issued against Joseph O'Neill, d/b/a JNH Remodeling and Joseph and Holly Remodeling and JNS Remodeling and Joseph and Shelby Remodeling to prevent them from performing work in violation. Joseph O'Neill, d/b/a JNH Remodeling and Joseph and Holly Remodeling and JNS Remodeling and Joseph and Shelby Remodeling shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
