"Took my car here to get an alignment done, the guy on the phone told me I needed to buy a special kit to allow them to align the wheels, when I asked him why the guy got defensive raised his voice and told me “just because” and that “every other alignment shop would tell me the same thing even the dealership” the part they were trying to sell me was $300 plus labor of installation, I told him I wasn’t having it worked on by them and he got angry, I then took it to the dealership who was able to do the alignment for $80 and they told me any shop could have don’t the same thing and that the only special tool or equipment needed is the alignment machine that any alignment shop should have, so in my opinion these guys were trying to rip me off for $220 + labor"
