- On April 24, 2019, the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee voted unanimously that Customs Housing Solutions, LLC shall pay a civil penalty of $5,600.00 for violation of Section 17-25-505 of the Arkansas Residential Licensing Law (working without a license). The Committee further ordered a cease and desist order be issued against the company to prevent them from performing work in violation. Customs Housing Solutions, LLC shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
