Consumers complained that they have paid monthly payments to the business to manage debt consolidation, with promise of using the monies to pay off creditors. Consumers have reported that despite making payments for the service, they have had suits filed against them by creditors the consumers believed were being paid. Although the business has responded and made efforts to resolve the complaints, BBB considers the allegations made by consumers have established a pattern worthy to review. BBB has notified the business concerning the pattern of complaints and has requested a response.
The business contacted BBB by telephone to discuss its policies stating the business abides by the terms of its agreements with its clients. The business agreed to provide a written response to the pattern of complaints including terms of agreements, fee structure, and general statement of its business practices. As of May 1, 2019 BBB has not received the business's response.
