    This has been the most ridiculous process just to purchase school photos. I urge other schools not to waste time with this company. Firstly, the best way to purchase school photos from these people is to purchase them before they are even taken. However, using their online access does not work and can not pull up the individual student, so you will need to send cash or check. Eventually, they will send you a paper copy with your child's code to access their account online. The site is glitchy and unusable. After weeks of calling, emailing, and posting on every FB page from Little Rock to Beebe. Finally, I received an email. The Sender was incompetent and dishonest. They stated they were an accredited company, which according to the BBB they are not. They were not able to read their own checkout sheet I sent them from a screenshot. They finally offered to take an order over the phone even though they refuse to answer ANY of their phone numbers! Along with this, many of the Facebook post I had made trying to get in contact with the company had many other parents with the same complaint stating they could never get in contact with this company and had to physically go down there. I live over two hours away. After all of this, we ended up hiring another photographer.
