      This story is about my **** Mustang. I had a squeak in my front left wheel/tire. The person i was speaking with at the time was ***************************. I think he was part owner of Tire Pros he has retired they said, but i think he may have been off so don't hold me to this remark that day. Anyway after a couple of hours they said the car was ready. I had to pay $566.00 for a "squeak". so I paid them and left and i didn't get 1/4 of a mile down the road and the squeal was louder. "I guess they don't test drive the cars when they are finished with them but they can leave their dirty hand prints all over the door panel". What makes that issue so bad is i asked the owner to ask his Techs not to do that or at least wipe the door panel off of coarse that didn't happen. So i drove the car back to them and told them the issue again and it was worst and the owner asked me what did i want him to do and i said i needed it fixed. The owner asked me again what did i want him to do??????? I said i wanted my car fixed especially after the amount they charged me for the repair. But he said it would cost him more to work on it again and wanted to pay my money back and said no i want my car fixed well that didn't happen he refused to fix it and reversed the charges back to the credit card i didn't want it that way but at least i received my money back So my car is still not fixed but i do have a second car.
