I ordered a black and white WWII M1 Garand cleaning mat for a wall hanger. They sent me a full color mat with business names, logos, .com address, and it was spread all over the mat so it was not able to be displayed. I contacted them to return it and their customer service rep ****** said it was my fault because they use "Stock Photos" in their listings and I should not have expected to get what was in the pictures. That is 100% fraud to me, posting pictures knowing they are not what they are selling and shipping to customers. They refused to send me a shipping label for the return in various email messages and still continue to deny my return. This is clearly bait and switch and they seem to do this a lot. I have been looking and it seems like every location/site they sell from is negative feedback and reviews for the same exact situation. They use that fine print stating they use stock photos as cover to get out of committing fraud to their customers. I am not asking for more then what I paid for but I do want what I ordered based on their listing, no more no less and since they sent me the wrong item I want them to pay to send it back and issue a full refund and they flat out refuse.

Currently my wife is waiting for management to call back after the first person laughed at her.I stumbled across some ammunition that seemed insanely cheap. Almost scam cheap at this website. So I figured I would try it since it was advertised as such. Nope they advertised 250 rounds for the price of 1 normal box from competitors. I purchased the item described and my receipt matches what the item description. I ordered what was described as 2 cases of ammo and received 2 boxes. Also there was some other ammo that has arrived yesterday that is the same ordeal of Teal 20g. Still waiting on another one in the mail. I noticed that the owner post a repetitive paragraph under each post about not being a real customer.I purchased what was clearly advertised by the company. I received something different.I am not responsible for their advertising reviews and should not be responsible for assuming what they are truly selling. So far seems 3 separate types of ammo this has been to me all at once .Mean what you say...say what you mean. The website boasts that once purchased it is a legally binding contract.

$190 for shipping **** rounds of 9mm.... these guys are rip off artists and anyone that would order from them has got to be the 'dumbest' hunter on the planet. What a total joke ... 'wholesale' hunter ... more like 'wholesale' ripoff.

I purchased a scoped and bore sighted 30 06 online. I was sent a plain weapon with no scope or even mounts. I called and they issued an RMA. I am waiting for my refund a month later. I have called and emailed. I was told it was Remmingtons fault. Apparently Wholesale Hunter does not verify the serial number on the receiver or they would have known. The customer service representative said its not his fault, but he refused to let me speak with anyone else. He also said the owner will not speak to customers.

Purchased a firearm from Wholesale Hunter through Gunbroker.com.Firearm was NOT as described, worth much less than described. They advertised as including a reddot sight, the one shipped did not include the sight.Multiple rude and dismissive emails later I'm seeking redress via my CC company.Regret ever dealing with them.Preparing a complaint to be filed with the AL AG and other regulatary agencies.Wish I could give them a negative rating.

Bought a trigger for a Remington 700 which was advertised to fit the Remington 700 on their website and it didn't fit. I called to return it and was told they wouldn't accept the return and that I had to call *********** the manufacture to fix the problem, because I "opened" the box already. How in the h*** are you suppose to know if it "didn't" fit if you don't open the box. Very bad customer service and business practices. WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN and I recommend you don't either. I am out now $205 bucks sitting with a trigger that doesn't fit.

Wholesale hunter misrepresented a firearm on their website. They picture a firearm and then send you something similar but different and claim they aren’t responsible as they just use manufacture’s stock photos to represent a firearm. I would not purchase from this company due to their somewhat shady tactics.
