      We ordered carpet for 1 BR and walk in closet and to repair squeaky flooring. They replaced the carpet and it looks and feels good. Flooring was not repaired. They failed to cut out a place for one of the registers and we notified them immediately. Temps dropped to 30 two nights in a row and we couldnt turn on our heat. We called three days in a row. After several attempts and speaking to a new employee who was very helpful, we were told they wouldnt come back out to fix the flooring and they would give us a $99 refund for that part of labor. The labor costs were very expensive. Another mistake they charged my CC the additional $99 instead of a refund. Having much difficulty getting someone to call us back. Would never use Dons Carpet again and would not recommend
