    Company does not take care of its employees properly. They have made false promises of increased pay, or a secondary position in the company, in exchange for extra work from employees. None of these promises are ever fulfilled so people are working for 'free' along with working on ambulances that lack AC and safe equipment for moving patients. They have had numerous patient complaints due to rude behavior from staff, most complaints are ignored entirely, none are ever truly resolved. Favoritism is a large factor in the way management treats their employees. If you are not on their 'good list' you are often expected to work harder for the same results as those they cater to. In general, this company touts itself as being high standard, but it is far from that. Patients used to ask us if WE were okay when they would hear how management would speak to them. I would never recommend this company, and the fact it is based around serving our veterans is horrible. They deserve far better than what this company offers.
