  On 10/24/23 I received a proposal price for downspout/drainage work. I agreed. On 11/30/23, the work was done, although I had numerous concerns. (Improper size parts installed, downspouts pulled away from supports, foam insulation everywhere, etc) I raised my concerns and was assured that they would all be taken care of when they came back in a couple weeks to finish. (He said the foam insulation had to dry and they would trim it and make it look nice and paint over it. They would fix the downspout currently pulled away from the support and change out the parts that he knew were the wrong size.) He then asked for the money that we agreed upon. I was apprehensive, but I thought we had a good prior relationship due to previous irrigation work done (I still trusted him at this time), I went ahead and paid him.On 12/2/23, I informed him that the 2 incorrectly sized downspouts were leaking badly. He responded that he had the right size parts ordered and would install them as soon as they arrived on 12/6/2023. (This was the first of numerous dates promised. He never showed up and never communicated that he was not going to show up.) On 1/24/24 I sent him a video of the gross leakage coming out of the downspouts. I received more broken promises about dates to complete the work. The end of March 2024, he did show up only to show me that he still had the wrong size parts. He stated at this point that I would be going above and beyond to do any more work here. After a few more no shows with no explanation, he showed up on 6/17/2024 and completely cut out 4 of the 8 downspouts and then left. On 6/30/2024 I asked if he was coming back.As of this writing he has at some point returned to connect 3 of the 4 with cheap flex piping. One downspout remains completely open. He is a very smooth talker, just not much on backing up his words.I wish I could attach pictures to this review. The pictures show the timeline and lack of professionalism better than words ever could.

  During the process of Mr ******* details were left out first we were called to repair his irrigation which was repaired to his satisfaction. During the process of installing downspouts the gutters were not standard size and had to be modified ****** was showed what was sent. ****** was called and asked but on wanted to report the negative and not the positive because he stated he was given enough space to add it. Mr. ****** thank you very much for the opportunity

  They don't do what they say they over charge people... you have to beg them to come back and finish the job. Get everything in writing...he's not a man of his word

  If I could get a phone call to explain the entire process at ************ that would be great because he is not telling the entire story
