The sales and the installation of all my windows in my home has been a blessing. They were beyond my expectations. The final product is beautiful inside and out.

Window World in ********************* offers poor customer service, poor installation, poor follow up, the owner avoids talking to the customer. Worse experience I have EVER had. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered all new windows and sliding door sets. We waited 8 months for the installation, which was during the supply chain debacle, so didn't blame ** for this delay. The tech who came out to measure the windows was incredibly nasty. We were having hardwood floors installed and the floor installer, was appalled by the way the ** world tech spoke to me. However, when my husband took over the conversation the cowardly ** tech changed his tone. It seems that ** outsources the installation of their products to other companies. So the first company that come out and installed all of the windows, was not qualified. Two very large windows, one in the guest room and one in the dining room leaked. A second installer came out and installed all of the doors and one last window that required them to close in a french door opening and install a window. All of the windows and doors that the second install team handled, functioned perfectly, no leaks. The second installer let us know that the flashing was not installed properly on the leaking windows. Weeks of cleaning up rain water then, ** sent out another team to install the flashing. Note, were told by ******* (very nice)/ ** that the 1st installer incorrectly drilled through the window frames causing the leaks. The leak ruined the new hardwood floors in the guest room. ***/** (liar), told us that our old siding was the cause of the leaks and they would not cover the repair of the new hardwood floors. How that is possible as all the other windows and doors still had the old siding and they didn't leak-nonsense! Weeks passed and ** finally sent out a 3rd installer with new window frames, who removed the damaged frames and reinstalled the windows completely. This solved the leaking issue, but we were stuck paying $1100 to have the new hardwood floors repaired. Overall, I don't recommend ** as they have no quality control over the outsourced installers they hire. Pick a company with in-house installers.

Your statement made is incorrect, will be glad to upload picture of your siding with large gaps between the ****** to show that is your water problem not WW Windows.

We signed a contract on 4/30/22 to have half the windows in our home replaced. If the salesman said there was a 3 day cancellation, we don't remember hearing it. Going back and looking now, we see it in writing on the bottom of the contract. 3 days may seem common practice to Window World, but to the every day customer, it's not reasonable. We were not told of an installation date, but were told someone would be out to measure the windows sometime soon. The man that did the measurements then informed us that it would be at least 6 months until the windows would be installed. A lot can happen to a family in "at least 6 months". The homeowner could die, need to move as military families are re-stationed, many reasons. The reason we requested new windows in the first place is to replace windows that are leaking when it rains hard, but we hear we have to wait at least 6 more months? I sent a certified letter asking for our contract to be cancelled, only to receive a letter back telling us it could not be cancelled, as they had the windows in stock, and we were in line for installation, which is if we go 6 months out from the date of the contract signing, that will be October, almost 2 months from now. Why can't the windows just be used in another job and take us off the schedule? That doesn't sound difficult. And we have many houses in just our subdivision that have the same windows, so saying they'll only fit our house isn't correct. We had used Window World before for a sunroom, but the need wasn't so urgent and waiting 6 months then wasn't a problem and we paid cash for that. Then I read the fine print on the 24 months same as cash financing for this job, but it isn't 24 months...it starts on the day you sign your contract, and if not paid in that remaining time, all interest is tacked on to the balance. So potential customers, read everything, do your research, and go with another business for windows.

Responded to your letter on 8/9, now BBB posting. You are bound by your contract, there was not way to cancel order, we tried via the manufacture and it was not possible when you informed us. As to leaking windows, there is nothing prior you mentioning to the office about until the measure tech came back with a note and will be address during the next installation. Financing statement is incorrect, time starts when WW submits to the finance company for payment. If you do not pay it off within the 24 months then yes you owe finance charges. False statements posted will result in in voided warranty.
