    I had a stolen vehicle that was recovered by ********* in January of ****. I called numerous times from the 12th of January all the way up until the 25th of January trying to get inquiry in regard to my vehicle and how much it would be to get it out of impound. I had left multiple voicemails and every time I called, my call was forwarded, and they never even attempted to reach back to me returning any of the messages I had left. When I finally did get an answer, they told me that I must have been calling the wrong place because they didn't receive any of my calls and or messages that I left which was a complete lie. My vehicle sat in their impound lot for about 15 days and during those 15 days they told me that the bill had totaled to an amount of $842. They told me that I needed a release from the ***************** before I could recover the vehicle which was also a lie because it was in fact a stolen vehicle that was stolen from me and recovered by them so. That to be a lie because the vehicle was not towed due to a traffic violation or any other violation in that matter. I am having an attorney look into this matter for me further because of how it has been handled. This business is not run professionally and is seeming like it is being ran by utterly complete scammers. DO NOT DO BUSSINES HERE.
