    The WW Restoration representatives worked very closely with the insurance company and made the whole process painless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They completed my roof in just over a day and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

    WW Restoration Exceeded Expectations I am an engineer by trade and hard to please, but *** and the WW Restoration team exceeded my expectations in every way. The things I appreciate about my experience with ********************* and the WW Restoration team:- Extremely professional - Outstanding communication from *** throughout the entire process - upfront, detailed, proactive, accurate, and timely - Integrity - no surprises, about anything - Execution - everything happened just as described prior to start of job and crew was extremely fast and efficient, minimizing the impact on our daily life - Exceptional quality and attention to detail. *** noticed something he didnt like and had plans to correct it before I even saw it - Post-*********-up - *** is passionate about ensuring every single nail and piece of material is cleaned up and that nothing is left behind - Post-payment follow-up and support - *** continued to follow up multiple times after the job was finished and payment was made. A month or so after the job, we noticed the paint chipping off the rain diverters. *** immediately ordered new ones and within a few days they were replaced.- How easy it was for me - Normally, I feel like it takes tremendous effort on my part to ensure a contracted job gets done and gets done correctly, but with ***, it was an unbelievable refreshing experience. He was so proactive, there was no need for me to do anything but just enjoy the finished product.

    Roofing project completed in a timely and efficient manner. The entire admin staff and on-site work crew was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service from Mr. ** was above and beyond. He was always available to explain or answer any questions and kept me informed during the entire process. The WW Restoration brand is second to none in the roofing industry. Highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

    From start to finish, we were impressed with the professional, thorough handling of our roof replacement post storm/hail damage. Efficient process and use of local crews to complete everything. They worked very well with our homeowners insurance agents and adjusters.

    WW Restoration was phenomenal to work with. *** and ****** were always available if I had questions or concerns regarding my roof. *** explained the process for everything to me very well, walked me through every detail. They stayed on scheduled, my replacement got completed in a day. I would highly recommend this company. Very personable and caring people.

    I am so happy with my new roof and WW Restoration. I had it replaced 15 years ago and the experience was awful back then. Two workers fell through my living room ceiling, and it took that company a week. WW Restoration finished my roof replacement in one day including picking up all of the nails! They did everything they promised they would do.
