    I hired the help of Ricky Nicholas Construction to renovate my just acquired property. The unfinished project took longer than anticipated due to incompetently managed, inconsistent, and unskilled staff. Ricky asked for money from me before completing the job. I received many bills with extra fees on them, including one for HVAC work that was never requested or approved. I was given a quote for the project that was hundreds of dollars lower than the final bill. I gave Ricky my advance payment as he wanted, and I assumed that the most of the work was completed except for the addition of a few patio fence brackets, bolts, and some unfinished electrical work in my bedroom, which he promised to do the following week. Ricky and ***** never returned, disregarded all calls, and texts. A few weeks later, I discovered the laminate flooring ***** had installed had some buckling, and the toilet's plumbing problems were still unresolved. I felt like Ricky overcharged me for his subpar work. I had enough and complained to the Alabama ***************************. I quickly learned that ********************** is not, as he said, licensed or accredited. I had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Ricky Nicholas and ************************* are both untrustworthy men! No one, not even my worst enemy, would get my recommendation to use Ricky Nicholas Construction.
