    The Fence Doctor lack integrity, and deny accountability for any mistakes they make. The owner Gabe is arrogant and shows poor customer service. I wouldn’t trust this company. They charged us $20,000 for putting up our backyard fence to only place it on our neighbors property on one side and didn’t fully enclose our property on the other side. The gates no longer close and nails are popping up everywhere on the fence. All that money wasted and now we’re having to redo our fence. We whole heartedly regret ever calling The Fence Doctor. Fence companies are not liable for fixing any mistakes they make and Gabe, the owner, is well aware of this. He runs his business with arrogance and lack of integrity. He fails to do the right thing and fix his mistakes. We are so disappointed that there are business owners like him in our community.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. S****** review. I have spoken to Ms. ***** on several occasions and I have tried to offer her an amicable solution. A portion of the fence in question was put up on a neighbor's property line. This was not known until several years later. Ms. ***** mulched that particular part of the property as her own, and it was included in our contract as being on her property line. We did recommend she obtain a survey prior to the fence being built, which is also stated in our contract. I have now offered to help remedy the issue by providing all labor free of charge if Ms. ***** is willing to cover the cost of the materials. I believe this is a fair and reasonable offer.     Quick quote, quick install, and quality wood used. Cleared out prior mess and backyard has done a 360 after these guys did my fence.

    I had them install my fence a few years ago and it is still standing as strong and pretty as the day it was built. Zero complaints! 10/10 would use again.
