  Do not bury your loved one's here if you don't want a constant problem. The day of my mom's funeral they waited until the time of her viewing to let us know they were unable to bury her that day because where they were going to put her the volt next to her moved over into her spot, but they didn't call to let us know what was going on they made the funeral home let us know, Then told us to be back the next day to bury her, come back and there is still an issue and the manager Candice was super rude and very unprofessional. after having to argue with this lady about trying to make sure our mom was buried, they had to end up moving her to a different stop. Then after they buried her, The dirt started to fall in and there was a huge hole, We let them know and they never fixed it, so we had to fix it. They told us they would lay sod the following week after they buried her and its almost 3 months later and they still have not laid any sod, and the dirt continues to still fall in. I have sent emails, with response the issue would be taking care of, and here we are another month later and they still have not done anything they said. Families are grieving the lost of there loved one's, the last thing they need is more issues on top of it, We had to pay upfront to have her buried, and as this cemetery it should be there responsibility to make sure issues like this don't happen and if they do correct them without making it a bigger issue.

  Where to even begin. My family currently has 4 loved ones burried at this cemetary. ** **** ** ** ***** *** ******** *** ********** ****** **** ****** ******* ** ******* ******** ** *******. On the morning of the funeral we recieved a phone call from the cemetary office that was just rude..I understand this is a business which is exactly what I was told by them after they told me if I didn't have the full amount due to them within the hour they would not even break ground for his funeral. Not a problem to pay them but it was a very tramatic time in our lives and surely they could care less of what the mom, dad, grandparents and all family were going through, at any rate my mom went to the bank and got them paid within the hour. They were extremely rude, unkind and didn't have a care in the world except for their money. My family isn't rich by any means and I finally was able to.purchas a headstone for my grandson in 2023. It took many phone calls and complaints and finally a year later it was placed but the font in his name is 2 different sizes( i will deal.with that instead of begging and waaiting another year)but it also has the wrong size vase. I paid for a larger rsquared vase and they have a small round one there and now I m getting a runaround about having that fixed. I ordered the gravestone through their office so why it's an issue I don't know. I also ordered anheadstone for my mom's grave around the same.time and to.this day it's still not there either and the excuses they give are unacceptable and just plain out lies. If I had known better then I would never even buried my loved ones there. The cemetary looks unmaintained the last several times I have been there there seems to be less and less care and maintainess the last year or so. So I encourage people to do research and go elsewhere if they wish to be taken care of and for their loved ones burial grounds to be cared for properly

  Call or fill out a complaint with the Alabama Attorney General. I did. If you have a complaint then join me and send it in. This company can not be allowed to not be held accountable for not correcting their mistakes. I would give them the worst rating. The more complaints the more likely to get them held accountable!

  If I could give this negative stars I would. My mother’s burial plaques has been paid for for over 10 years she passed over a year ago and still it’s not complete. The office staff does nothing but give the runaround and come up with excuses. You are better off putting your loved ones in a mayo jar!

  At this point in time, I am not at all happy with Lakeview Memory Gardens. My husband died in August of 2020. A double granite headstone was ordered & paid for to cover both of our gravesites. The double granite headstone has yet to be received or placed by the cemetery. It has been 3 years with multiple stories of why it has not been placed. They did place a temporary stone down directly over my husband's site which is chipped on one corner from where they repurposed it from a broken stone and it is not the one I ordered & paid for. Surely a company can do better than this with the amount of money they receive for the services they quote that they provide but fail to do so. My parents, brother, grandparents and son are also buried in this cemetery. I would not recommend it to anyone.

  I paid over 5000 dollars for a headstone for my wife in ***** 2021 and still have not received. I have gone by the office numerous times and filed complaints on line. cannot get an answer as to when it will be ready. recently all my communications have gone unanswered. this is completely unacceptable. I cannot get information about the parent company to get this resolved.
