  The technician charged my mother over $900 to clear a bathroom sink drain and replace a bathtub filter. The work was completed in 30 minutes and the technician did not give her a cost or estimate before starting the work. My mother is elderly and I believe the technician overcharged and took advantage of her. I have called other companies to for estimates to compare prices and theirs was less than half what she was charged.

  I was a care plan member for a few years. I had to have recalls on multiple things that were done on various things in my home.
  Just recently undecided to end my care plan because if having to recall them on so many things. It is going to cost a good bit to fix a new HAVC unit I had them install in 2019. This was the last straw for me.
  I kept telling them each time they came to inspect it which was included with the care plan twice a year that something wasn't right. They assured me multiple times it was operating as it should.
  I had another company look at it and several things has to be done over, and he found a leak that was overlooked with my last inspection. I am not a happy satisfied customer.

  This company was very prompt and courteous when they came out to see about our Air Conditioner unit. When we received the quote it was an entirely different story. The cheapest Heat Pump/Air Unit they offered us was $12,000! They also offered us one for $29,000! This is for a 2200 sq. ft. home! Another local company is installing a unit for us for $6100! Needless to say this company is very over priced. The have also done previous electrical and plumbing work for us and we were extremely over charged. There work is good, their technicians are very polite and considerate, but their prices for what they do is double what anyone else does! We won't use them anymore, because we can't afford them!

  I am only keep the Care Plan to pay for the work you have previously done for me the was overcharged. Once it expires, we won't be renewing it nor will we be using you in the future. There won't be a next visit.
