      We have been with Otelco, now Go Net speed for almost 4 years. We are constantly calling because we are not getting the speeds we are paying for. They send out a tech, who sticks a band aide on the issue only to have to call them back a week or 2 later to report the issue again. Nevet ending cycle. We pay on time, every month but have constant issues. They are the only internet provider in the area and I believe this is how they get away with s******* people over. We pay our bill, issues never resolved, and no credit to our account. We pay $121 a month for higher speeds since I work from home, yet the speeds we get are lower prices, seems convenient. Example, the techs were out October 15, 16, & 18th, on the 18th we were told someone would call the following week to let us know they would be out to complete the work. Fast forward to 10/24, low upload, called to ask the tech when someone would call us or to be out to repair the problem and was told since I called we were on the list for dispatch to send someone out, a week later, enter eye roll emoji here.
