      The customer service representatives hung the phone up in my grandmother face. Some of the customer representatives are so disrespectful towards customers. They deserve no stars.

      They came and disconnected my water without notice for $70 then I paid ****** for reconnect at 2pm its 7 and my water is still not running and I have hungry kids who havent even eaten since this morning, Im very irritated and upset at this point

      The customer was disconnected for non-payment and once water service is disconnected, the full balance plus fees is required to restore service. Once payment is made, we do not provide a time but if the customer pays for same day restoral, the service is restored as soon as possible. We have crews that work until all orders are completed and depending on the work load, services could be restored after normal business hours.
