    Horrible just Horrible communication, no consideration for their customers during the installation, ran out of materials during the install, said they would come back to finish within the week, I called the next day to see what time and day that they would be coming back when they shouldve been the one to notify me, they was mot even aware of the fact that my floors was not finished, also was a Safty hazard do to the fact my home is a daycare as well and they absolutely was aware of that. Had to email them twice about my frustration, it was affecting the flow of my business. Once I paid my deposit, I never herd back from them, I waited each and every time I had to notify them through the whole process as to when I was going to get my floors they treated me like they had a preference as to certain kind of people they serve or locations. The floors are beautiful I love them, they did an amazing job the installers but customer service, I truly believe from my experience if youre not within a certain class of people, they will toss you to the side, put you at the back of the line even if you were at the front. It was like they I never existed to them every time I called. I speak this not just of my self but I believe all customers should be treated equally regardless.
