      I had a pool installed by Hughes Pool in November 2022. While the installation process was smoothwith the owners checking in to ensure my satisfactionI am deeply disappointed with their service a year and a half later. Initially, they promptly addressed a few minor issues during the installation, which gave me confidence in their business. However, since then, my experience has drastically changed.The ongoing problems with my Aqua Plus control panel have been a persistent issue. Getting a response from Hughes Pool has been incredibly frustrating. It took weeks to get anyone to return my calls, and when I finally reached the person in charge of the warranty department, I was told that fixing my non-functioning chlorinator would cost around $1,200. Despite my pool being under warranty, it took an additional week for them to send someone out.When they finally inspected the problem, they discovered that the control panel was faulty, which had caused the salt converter cord to burn up. The new control panel they installed has been overheating to the point that it's a potential hazard. I've repeatedly contacted Hughes Pools, both by phone and in person, to explain the severity of the issue, but for two weeks, I've received no response or follow-up. The staff at the store promised to forward my concerns to the warranty department, yet no one has reached out to address this potentially dangerous situation.This companys lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I do not recommend Hughes Pool. If you're considering installing a pool, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. I'm now forced to hire another company to resolve this issue and plan to send Hughes Pool the bill, though I doubt they will honor the warranty. Please do thorough research before choosing this company.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HUGHES POOL... my pool started having problems on April 30, 2024. It is now August 29, 2024. The liner was made 8 inches too short. My heater is broke. They do not want to pay for anything. They claim they are waiting on the manufacturer to see if they would pay for it. They do not answer your phone calls and just say its out of their hands. They are waiting on the owner to say he will pay for another liner. I hate I ever did business with HUGHES POOL. They are very unprofessional. If I could leave a review of zero is what they would receive.

      Horrible service---DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!In January our Hot Springs spa died. It was under warranty so we made the call to Hughes. Their tech guy found that the pressure switch on the heater came from the factory broken and had been spraying the control board with water every time the pump was running. They replaced the control board, put a big wad of silicone on the pressure switch and got it running again. Problem was, the LED lights were no longer working. I called them immediatley and we are still waiting on them to come fix the problem. All I got for the first few months was that the parts have been ordered but had not come in. I found the parts online in about 5 minutes (******* stuff is used by Hot Springs) and could have had the parts in 2 days. I have gone to their store and asked for help. The desk people smile, go back to the inner sanctum and come back with zero help. I contacted Hot Springs to see if they could help and they immediatley got involved. Hughes told both of us that the parts has arrived and they would schedule the repairs. That was over 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago they said the techs were out on jobs but they would give me an ETA that day as soon as they got back. Zero repsonse. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! There are other vendors out there that will treat you like they want your business.

      If you don't believe in Ghosts you will once you try to get help with a problem from these people. Purchased the last 2 liners from these people and used a pool man they recommended....BUT once I had a problem that might be a bottom leak under warranty they disappeared.
