    Very ******************* Bought a new refrigerator from them, scatched my new floor when delivering, 2 weeks later flooded my kitchen & half my living room, when we pulled out the refrig we found a dent on the left side and a dent and scratch on the left side, repairman found the line to the ice maker was cut in half, Took 3 weeks to repair floor and flooding. Asked for a new refrigerator several times. After almost two months, they offered us $100 for our trouble but refused to give us a new refrigerator. We paid for a new undamaged refrigerator and got nothing but c*** Never buy anything from them, they will not stand behind it. *****************************

    Ordered a Maytag dryer. first one came with defective door (big dent, no latch, was lopsided) Cohens replaced it a week later with new dryer. 2nd dryer would not heat up. I had a electrician come out and check all is good on my end. Cohens sent a technician, he said the heating element does not work in dryer. **** the salesman in *********************** said "I will make something happen for you" that was on Friday 6/14/24. on Saturday customer service called for an appointment for Monday. No call from **** and it is Monday 10:30 am. So when I called him he actually blamed me for both dryers not working?????????? So he said we will just come pick it up or I can have a new heating element put in . REALLY , I am out 4.5 hours of work meeting them. $138.50 for an electrician to make sure all was good on my end and he really blamed me. I just lost my husband 4 months ago and I now see what women say about how they are treated.

    We ordered from ******* a Viking Cook Top, KithenAid Double Oven with matching ************* Washer/Dryer and a Wine Refrigerator.The Viking Cook Top from the beginning (2/28/23) has not been used due to the outside edges getting so hot it could burn the counter and burned my wife. A technician (****) from ******* came out and stated the Cook Top is defective and we would need another one. Numerous phone calls have been made to ********************* which he has not returned. ******************* the salesman stated it is out of is hands and we would need to talk to ********************* to have this resolved. I spoke to **** which is *****'s assistant twice but still we have not received a call from **********************Concerning the Wine Refrigerator, (all appliances had to be order 11/26/23) we were told it was received by ******* and when it came time to deliver to us someone had sold the Wine Refrigerator to another customer.In all we spent around $12,000 with ******* and you would think they would want to keep their customers satisfied.

    I purchased a new Whirlpool Top Freezer Refrigerator from ******* in August 2020. I used their financing and almost paid double the cost. That was not an issue and the refrigerator was paid off in 12 months. I did not purchase the extended warranty. It is less than 3 years of ownership of this "new" refrigerator and it has stopped getting cold. I contacted ******* and after a very long wait because they could not find my name attached to the delivery was told they could have a Service Tech out today. At first I was delighted until I asked if it was going to cost me? After a slight hesitation, the young lady put me on hold again and returned on the line to say yes it was $100 for them to come out and just look at the refrigerator. I said no thank you. I contacted ********* and had a Tech evaluate the fridge for $65. I was informed that there is a leak in the Condenser line and that it will cost $300-400 to find the leak, another $300+ for the labor and the cost of a new condenser. It was suggested that I purchase a new or used refrigerator as I was about to incur the cost of a new one. Another Female and American citizen screwed by beauracracy. All I can say is read ******* terms of service. It states they can delete, alter or change your information at their discretion when doing business with them. I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. The cost of a new refrigerator has doubled since 2020. As a **********, ** resident who do you trust to make major purchases if you can not trust a store with a 50+ year history? I understand that other major retailer's in this city are selling their customers damaged refrigerators from a reliable source. It is totally wrong and something needs to be done about this profiteering! I would bet a new refrigerator that the ******* Family all have working refrigerators over two years old.

    Bought a brand new Maytag washer and dryer, middle of last year, and warranty. ends 6/13/23. *** has had to come out more than 5 times to repair our washer and dryer. We are, in fact, still waiting for a part for the washer. *** literally took apart our new dryer, parts where all over the kitchen floor, and it still doesnt get hot and is still very loud. The wash machine, sounds like its about to take off. I know people who have the Maytag washer and dryer and its so quiet, yet this is normal?? On **** third visit, I spoke to ************** telling him I wanted a new washer and dryer. Not sure if its because Im a girl, but he gave the me car lot excuse and losing money. ************** also stated that the only time they can give out new machines if maintenance comes out more than four times. Well, we are still waiting for another part for our washer. This will be fifth or six time. *** even stated hes been out too many times.I put my 85 year old fathers robe in the washer, over the Holiday, and it got off balance and now it doesnt work. Have to use a laundry mat now. I shouldnt have to call for a part, which I always have do. Half the time they dont order the part. The last time *** came, I left a message for ************** to call me. He did not. Even though I have the warranty it means nothing. I went to Lowes and spoke to a worker and he has the same wager and dryer and said its so quiet who no problems after three years! Yup, I had to buy a new washer and dryer, and mines not even a year old!! The Lowes salesman, was so nice, and said, It sounds like Cohens sold you a lemon. I agree!! I will never recommend Cohens to anyone. They do not stand by their word.

    I just received another call from Cohens today, 1/6/23, stating that *** will be out again for parts on the washer and dryer. This would be the 6th or 7th time. Last time he came, he only mentioned the wash machine. Now I know why the dryer doesnt get hot. It needs another part! ************** told me after 4 visits that would be consideration for a new washer/ dryer. Guess my name and money isnt good enough. I told the girl on the phone, no he wouldnt not be coming since I already bought a new washer and dryer and wrote a complaint on the BBB. Not to mention; going to through my receipts, I bought the extended 3 year warranty. Do Not Buy!! They are ridiculous!

    I am sorry for the problems with your washer and dryer. Consumers purchase from Cohens because we have a service department to address issues when they arise. Unfortunately, vendors do not replace units that fail. Every time that you have called for service, we have sent out technician.
