      Rude staff always changing rates then giving late fees. absolutely horrible and made home buying a nightmare. literally stuck with them

      My PMi used to be $42 monthly, but when they dropped it they only dropped half. I called and they can't give me any information. They tried to trick me by saying it was $21. My statement always shows $42, why not half because it's time to dropped they will try to change the number by 21. They did same with my escrow pretending everything go up. I understand that but not double up the escrow without any explanation. They hang up on me without any answers to my questions. They should be able to explain any changes in the statement.
