      I had a car loan with Max Credit Union. Paid car notes all through the Pandemic for 3 years. Things started to slow down at my job so I was told to make $100 more than usual payments to catch up a few payments . Never received a receipt for payments and was forced to rely on their honesty and integrity. One month I was caught up next month I was 3 to 4 months behind. They yell at customers who ask questions about account accuracy. I honestly believe they are stealing money. The car was reposed out of emotions and payment was refused on an arranged date. They wanted my insurance check so bad the took the car to take control of the check. The balance on this account has not move $1,000 after 3 years of payments. Scam, Scam Scammers Buyer Beware!!!!

      I have covid. I called customer service to make a wire transfer, instead I was met with a manager (******) that did not want to do her job and tried to get me off the phone. After, I told her I would go through the extensive process. She deemed to present another obstacle. I asked, to speak to a call quality specialist to make a complaint. She placed her friend on the phone from loan department (*****). Therefore, I have to go to the bank and possibly contaminate employees and clients because their call representative manager was lazy.

      Today I have made the decision to stop services with Max Credit union I have been banking with them since I was 16 now Im 38. Today I was talked to like a child by the *** of the company. I simply called about my password needing to be changed to my online banking an was told my checking account was in the negative an was charged off as of today. When I tried to make that payment at a max *** a month before my card had been disabled without notice. I was told they have no knowledge of the card whether is cut off or not by the *** ***************. Mr ****** stated he could transfer the money into that account in order for me to be able to have access to my online banking. I agreed at first until I felt like I was being talked down on an he stated he would close all my accounts which were not in the negative my two signs have savings and checking accounts. I have a business account a savings and checking account and a ********************** card with this company and you said you were close all my accounts because Im tired of *** trying to get over on me. When I try to clear up my balance at the *** a month prior and couldnt they then decided to take a $30 ACH fee for a $6.99 charge which I signed a paper saying I did not want overdraft protection on any of my accounts. Mr. ****** never made knowledge of me trying to clear up the account a month prior just that Im in the negative and he can close all my accounts which I stated to him. I am not your child. You will not talk to me as I am your child. I have accounts at other credit unions, so Im just going to take my business there and be done with ****

      They systematically pretend not to receive, lose, or hold in some sort of limbo online Bill *** checks.... and then assess you late fees. So basically they won't accept Bill *** payments in a timely manner which, in 2023 is sketchy. If they don't have technology, they shouldn't be selling mortgages. Also there IS NO NUMBER POSTED to contact the mortgage department when yet again your payment check hasn't been cashed. They've assessed me over $200 in late fees just by sitting on my payment checks. This month they pretended not to receive it for THREE weeks, in spite of records I have from the payment account. It's the perfect scam because in a corrupt state like ******* no one is going to look into it. Go with a bigger bank on mortgages.
