    My water bill is high because of a leak but they refused to help and they told me that my water bill is not high because of a leak.

    They have no mailbox keys. They will turn your water off at the drop of a hat and not even say anything or send an email. You can never get anybody from the office on the phone when you call.

    I moved in these apartment I needed somewhere to stay. Ever since I moved in here. No air, mold, room keep flooding, cabinet fell, breaker box wasn’t properly installed, we been have trouble since we moved in here. Keep saying I’m going to come back and fix it and it doesn’t get fix. Now it’s a rat coming through the bathroom wall. That was the last straw already have big roaches. I’m done. I keep complaining and requesting nothing’s getting done the air conditioning it still not working correctly blowing out hot instead of cold and it’s on 66 it’s hot I have to use the window unit in order to get the apartment cool. You have people leaving buggies in your area for to park your car at. Not good place to move unless for a couple months then move.
