    These guys are amazing. **** helped me with my transmission repair. They made the whole experience as easy as it could be. My truck was back on the road 2 days.

    This **mpany has no respect for the customer very rude and disrespectful didnt want to work with my warranty **mpany and wanted me to do all the calling to the warranty ** quote and unquote from them to see who was lieing me or warranty **!!! Wasnt any lies told I took my car there to be fixed period!!! I wouldnt re**mmend this place if it was free. They looked to be very over booked as 3 cars from parking lot had to be moved to get my car out as I didnt let them work on my car after nothing was done during the time they kept it 2 weeks. I **uld have had a rental car the whole time if they would have at least started the claim one phone call from them.

    Extended warranty companies can be a challenging navigation, though we dont have hours to sit on hold we do initiate the claim, and communicate necessary information throughout the claim process, what we cant do is call every 4 hrs to see what there progress is. If there is a stall or hold from that point forward we urge the customer to have the extended warranty company and us on a conference call when they are inquiring about the status of their claim. That way there is absolutely no confusion as to why there may be delays. We can not sit on hold inquiring about the status of your claim every 4 hrs. We pride ourselves in having one of the most expedient repair times around, and we are a preferred provider for many of the largest extended warranty companies. If their is a delay in *********** time will almost always be with the warranty company side, that is why we urge the customer to have both parties on the call so they know exactly what is going on and why. Thank you for understanding!!!

    This automobile shop lacks communication when it comes to updating their customers about their car. They lack proper business etiquette/ professionalism when they repaired my car without quoting me an estimate nor given a verbal authorization to prepare my car. They also charge me for a part that did not fix the problem and referred me somewhere else without offering me my money back for the inconvenience.
