    Would not recommend if you plan on having reliable honest service or a peace of mind that your families safety is being monitored. We noticed that our system was acting up and called to have someone come look at it but thinking it was their equipment it wouldn't have been a service charge apparently not but still we had the technician come look at it to only find out that we needed to pay for an upgrade the equipment to get proper service for additional $200. We contacted the office to find out how long our service was not working properly and no one could give us an answer but did say that they would only charge $100 for the upgrade instead of $200. So we said we wanted to cancel the service. Months later our bank gets hacked and we cancel our cards and after a couple months we get a call from TSI saying that we're behind on payments. Apparently after we told them we wanted our service canceled they still charged us for a service that we weren't getting but due to the fact we had to cancel our card so if we didn't have our cards canceled TSI would have been still charging us. So after going back and fourth with *** explaining the situation again we thought the situation was taken care of because we didn't receive a call or letter stating we had a balance for a service we didn't have we thought TSI would have some decency to correct it we we're highly mistaken. Again after months of no form of contact by phone or letter we are sent to collections and again contacted *** to hopefully resolve it we were met the most ******* rudely office member who could care less but only wanted the money. Unfortunately we had to pay because we didn't want this dishonest of a company to have an affect on our credit. So I hope this post will open the current or possible future clients of TSI to be aware of their dishonest, unprofessionalism, and lack of courtesy of supposedly monitoring your families safety/well being. Will also be reporting TSI to the Better Business Bureau.

    After reading the review above I've searched my computer sites that I would locate a file for ******************. I've looked in the "Collection" file room and even called the collection company we use to try and locate a file for ****************** and have not located a file under this name. I've checked in the billing department and nothing is pulling up for them either. Could you ********** an address or possibly an account number? We can't locate anything for a ****************************Thank you.
