      Had Termite Bond for 3 years and decided not to renew. 3 months after contract expired I found live termites in wall when I removed old wallpaper. They wanted to charge me double the contract price to " reinstate" my contract yet were calling me to renew for $350.00 up to the day I actually found the termites. They cancelled the contract the day I spoke to them about finding the termites. They would not negotiate with me wanted to charge between $700-$800 to reinstate me. The termite bait traps were still in my lawn around the house. All they had to do was replace the bait. Instead the manager stated they would have to pull them all out of ground and send them back to were they get them from because the policy was cancelled (the day before). Then put all new bait traps in. Had I renewed they would have just kept the old ones in and put new bait. That to me seemed like a run around excuse to charge me more. They surely could have renewed and not re-instated a contract. So I hired a completely different company to come and provide better treatment and service. I had a trench dug around my house to put treatment in and they also sprayed the entire crawlspace and guarantee this for 7 years. I spent over $2000. So Arrow lost my business and lost earning more $ to solve the problem. Had they been honest and not give me the run around. Obviously their inspection of my home over the past 3 years did not find any termites when they should have, giving me a false impression. The bait traps obviously didn't work. It's been a month and Arrow has not even bothered to remove the bait traps that they "claimed" had to be returned to who they get them from because the policy was cancelled. Nice try. I want to let other home owners know what may happen to them.

      I have had nothing but bad experiences with Arrow and their rodent control division. They take your money up front and then fail to respond in a timely manner when you call for service. And when you complain, they treat you even worse. I have even called their coporate offices and have not received any assistance. And unfortunately, it costs a small fortune to try and start over with a new company. Buyer beware. I would give them a negative rating if I could.
